Hi
We have a nice single room available for a female who is tidy, likes to live in a quiet house and is considerate towards others working on a different timetable.
We have a cleaning roster for each housemate to keep the house clean . And we prefer someone looking for to stay for 3 months. Staying longer is possible and we can discuss this if the arrangement is working for everyone.
The room is furnished, ready to live in. Just bring your luggage and personal items.
The rent is including bills and fast nbn internet
Location is close to the bus/train station, shopping center including Woolworths and Victoria Park cafe strip.
It is a 5minute walk to bus station ,7minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the city centre.
Woolworths, Victoria Park shopping center and restaurants are a 10 minute walk from the house.
We live close to the casino and it is only a few minute drive from the house.
Free street side parking available.
We currently have 3 people living here, and we are looking for 1 more person to make it a total of 4 people. Sorry we do not want friends to stay overnight.
2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bonds required when moving in.
It is a nice house and the location is very convenient. You are welcome to come and look if you are interested.
