We have a one nice single room available for female, who is tidy , like to live in quite house for relax,and concern about Otherone have a different timetable
We have a cleaning roster for each housemate to keep the house clean . And we prefer for long term stay,least 3months.
All Furnished in the room , so you only need to bring your luggage to move in.
The rent is including bills and fast nbn internet
Location is close bus/train station ,Woolworth ,restaurants and shopping central ..
walk to bus/ vic park train station by walk about 6-8minute than traveling about 10minute to city.
Woolworth, vic park shopping center and restaurants by walk around 10minute.
Close casino and swan river walk side by car few minute
Free parking at outside street
including you total 4people live in ,sorry no friends stay for overnight.
2weeks rent 2weeks bonds , before two weeks notice when you move out.
very nice place to stay.. Close with everything
