Hello! I’m seeking a person who will move in my spare room. The rent is all includes $160 per week. (Bills and unlimited internet and could be Netflix as well yay!))
Bond is 2 weeks of the rent so it’ll be $320.
The room will be available on 25th of August.
Only 10min to the city by bus 970 also the bus stop is just 100m away. Shopping centre is 500m away it called Dog Swamp Shopping centre and Flinders Square. So the location is really handy for living!
The house is pretty much just me and my pets so not really party house to be honest. ( Also my neighbors are not party people thou)
I got a dog and cat so you must be pet friendly! :)
