Convenient location and no travel fare to CBD in free zone. The house is fully furnished and equipped. Close to cafes, IGA, restaurant, chemist shops, shops, swan river and public transport.
A huge master share room for 3 people, the room including 3 single beds, private balcony, own ensuite and a big WIR. Share room $130 per week, the room is available on 29 June 2018. (Male only)
I will require 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance. All bills included (water, electricity, gas, unlimited WiFi internet ) Fully furnished room, single bed, bedside cabinet, fan and bed linen included, you only need to bring your luggage!
