Hi there,
Me and my partner are taking a lease and planning to moving in on early May,we have two single room available,the rent would be 120 all included nego if long-term stay.
We will provide all the furniture and accessories,just bring your suitcase to move in!
We are social also quiet couple,study and work full time.
There is bathroom and separate toilet provided for you share with one other.
House located in Westminster close to shops,transport easily assess to City and North.
House have security alarm and AC,basically don’t need to worry about anything.
We prefer you are tidy and clean person,sorry no pet due to the policy..Not much other limits.
