Hi, I am from Korea and I am looking for flatmates!
You can take a bus to city, it takes just 15min.
If you drive your car to city, it takes just 10min.
And you can go to Belmont forum shopping centre just 5min.
The room is bigger than unit’s couple rooms.
We provide room keys for each person, queen size bed, desk,
built-in closet, small drawer, and portable cooler!
And this house is built by tile and deck.
If you feel uncomfortable about carpet, you should live here!! :)
$220 per week.
2 weeks of bond and notice.
All the bills(water,electric,gas,internet) are included in rent fee,
and you can use 100mbps internet unlimitedly.
(It means you can download movies, dramas, music and everything as much as you want!)
1 parking area in front of house.
You can smoke in backyard,
and we don't like a party.
