I am korean and professional chef. I've lived perth for 3 years.i can speak japanses so I can help new comers to settle in perth and teach english as well. And i hope to learn more about japanese.
My house is in west perth on charles and vincent street.
15 mins walking to city
3 mins to phinix
20 mins kaplan.
Bus stop right in front(2section) one station to bus port or walk 3 mins to other stop then it will be the free zone. There is 24 hours iga in 10 mins walking distance.
It is 3 stories town house with 3 spacious room and its calm and safe area. Prefer non smokers.
