ハミルトンヒルにある3 beds room 1bathルームにてシェアメイトを募集しております。
韓国人とオーストラリア人と生活しており、完全に英語環境です。

Single room with Queen bed.
Rent: $150/week(all bills including)
■Location
Winterfold road Hamilton Hill.
フリーマントルとマードックにいくBus stopが(511&513) が家のすぐそこにあります。
フリーマントルまで十分程です。
South beachまで車で5分、TAFEまでも車で五分です。
スーパー、カフェ、薬局等も歩いて五分程のところにあります。
２階にはイタリア人と日本人のカップルが住んでおり、よく飲みにいったり、ディナーしたりしてますので、そういうのに興味がある方だと尚、嬉しいです。
家にルールとかは作っていないので、常識の範囲内で生活出来る方、他の人との生活に神経質にならない方をお待ちしております。

513 is 2 mins away. it takes 10-15 mins to get to Fremantle and Murdoch.
-10 mins driving to South beach.
-5 mins driving to South Metropolitan TAFE.
-5 mins walking to the cafe, shops and IGA.
My Italian and japanese friends live upstairs and we sometimes have dinner or go to beach together.
We are looking for someone who is tidy and chilled.
