We are looking for a friendly housemate. Room is available from the 9th of February. House is new and very spacious. We are located in Hamilton Hill, a short drive from Fremantle, close to the beach and a 10 minute walk from Phoenix shopping centre. We are all relaxed and respectful of each other. The bus stop is less than 5 mins walk and it takes 15 mins on the bus to get to the centre of Freo and goes to Perth also. We have a bedroom available with a double bed, built im wardrobe and large shared bathroom sharing with 2 others. We are looking for someone respectful and clean who can tidy after themselves. Rent includes all bills and unlimited internet. Non-smokers only please. There is 2 weeks bond and would prefer a stay of 2 months minimum.
