部屋2つ、トイレ一つのマンションで、一人はワーホリ、二人の学生が住んでいます。今募集中の方を含めて四人住む家です。
家のすぐ近くにはバス停があってシティーまで10分、銀行、郵便局、レストラン、カフェ、など
車がなくても住みやすいどころです！
駐車は平日6時以後できますが、週末はストリートで
Hello everyone, we are Korean couple and looking for 1 single man for coming on board in this cozy apartment on 15 MARY ST in Highgate near Mount Lawley, Hyde Park, gyms, banks, postoffice, IGA, 24/7 chemist, BWS, restaurants, cafes, Northbridge and Perth city!!
-To the city by bus(950,67,68) is only 5-8minutes from the house
-115 x week all bills include (water, power, gas) and high speed Internet
-Convenient location next to shops, 15-20 minutes to Northbridge on foot, and just one block to MARY Street Bakery, BWS, bus stop and Hungry Jack's, and Beaufort Street IGA and 24/7 chemist are 2 blocks from the house. Everything you need is within 3 blocks.
All we are students. We are looking for someone who want to share the room with a guy. We are not party animals but we like having friends around!
