・一人暮らしまたはシェアハウス経験者
・戸締りをしっかりできる方
・犬が好きな方（ドッグシットを自宅ですることがあります）
・非喫煙者（家の中・外ともに禁煙）
・学生または仕事をしている方優遇
👉シェア状況
・私（日本人女性）＋もう1名日本人女性との3人暮らし
・バス・トイレはシェアメイト2人で使用
・オーナー(別に住んでいる)はきれい好きで日本人に貸すなら安心と思ってくれています。
もし入居後にきれいに使ってもらえない、約束が守れない場合は退去いただくこもあります。(難しいことはなくすべて常識の範囲です)
・オーナーが時々荷物を取りに来ますが、個人の部屋に無断で入ることはありません。
・写真は個別に送付可能ですが、必ず内見と直接お会いしてから入居決定とします。

-Total 5 people including you. Korean family of 3 + 1 Japanese girl. It’s big house and all the room in the house are master room so won’t see each other often.
-Bus stop just in front of the house. Bus to city stops here every 30 mins.
-6-7 street parking bay assigned in front of the house. Parking will be no issue. By car to the city only 10 minutes.
