Looking for a housemate in Maylands.
The house is conveniently located, just a 4-minute walk to the bus stop and around 12 minutes on foot to Maylands Station.
The room comes with a single bed, desk, and make-up vanity and includes its own bathroom.
There are two toilets in the house (one on each floor), which are shared.
The rent is $300 per week, including all bills, as well as laundry detergent, toilet paper, and rice.
You will be sharing the house with 1 adult and 1 girl (becoming 10 soon)!. She is very friendly and cheerful.
