• Single: $380 / week
• Couple: $450 / week
Move in from 7 September (long term preference)

• 5 min walk: IGA supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants
• Close to Swan River, bars, bottle shop
• 5 min walk: Claisebrook train station + free Yellow CAT bus
Flatmates
• We are a couple, max 4 people in apartment
• Clean and quiet home
• Please keep kitchen and common area tidy
• Past flatmates: FIFO workers (quiet lifestyle)
Rules
• No party / no smoking inside / no overnight guest
• Room must be cleaned, common area tidy after use
• Bond: 2 weeks rent, 2 weeks notice to leave
