Hello, I have 2 single rooms available for rent.
The house is in Ocean reef. It's a 3b2b house. 3.3 km to ECU.
All bills included within reasonable use.
One master bedroom with its own bathroom (me). 2 single rooms share a large bathroom with a tub.
The room will be furnished, with central air conditioning, but it can be opened separately into different rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware.
Move-in date will be 14th Sep.
The rental length can be 6 months for now, open to short-term (3 months at least), but it might be potentially extended.
Female only, no drugs, no party, no pets, sorry, and no visitors.
You can also rent the 2 rooms together(for a single person) so you don't have to share the bathroom, and get an extra room. That will be 390/week, including all bills within reasonable use
