Hello, we are looking for a clean and friendly housemate to share our home.
✅ Room Details
• Spacious, bright double bedroom (all brand-new furniture)
• Large wardrobe & sunny window
• Quiet street, IGA supermarket/cafes/pharmacy within 5 minutes walking distance
• Clean bathroom and toilet (shared with only one person)
• All bills & unlimited internet included: $250/week (single occupant)
✅ Preferred Housemate
• Female
• Non-smoker, enjoys a clean and quiet environment
• Preferably someone with an Asian background / who enjoys Asian cooking (as we mainly cook Asian food at home)
✅ Rental Conditions
• Bond: 2 weeks rent
• Minimum stay: 3 months
• Notice period: 2 weeks
We are a Korean couple, both working full-time as chefs.
We love cooking, enjoy a peaceful lifestyle, and sometimes like to share a nice meal together.
This is not a party household – we hope to find someone who values a comfortable and harmonious home.
