Hi there, I’m expected to work full time from Feb 7th for just under 6 months. and I will need housing close to Perth CBD during this time(preferably close to the train station, 20-30mins to Elizabeth Quay)
My budget is max $240pw (negotiable).
Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats so I would like to avoid houses that own them.
I am tidy, quiet and I’m eager to explore Perth!
Any information or advice will be appreciated, thank you!

私は2月7日から6ヶ月弱パースに滞在する予定です。
その間にフルタイムで働く予定なので、パースCBDの近くの住居が必要です。
できれば駅の近く、Elizabeth Quayまで20-30分の場所を希望しています。
予算は最大で週$240（交渉可能）です。
残念ながら、私は猫アレルギーなので、猫を飼っている家は避けたいと思っています。
私は整理整頓ができ、静かで、パースをできるだけ探索しようと思います。
何か情報やアドバイスを頂けましたら幸いです。
