わたしとパートナーで1月25日から住める部屋を探しています。
わたしたちは日本人の20代カップルで、共に学生です。
学校がCBDにあるため、希望のエリアはCBDにアクセスしやすい1zone圏内で、家賃はBill込みで$400/週だと有難いです。部屋の家具の有無は問いません。
パース滞在歴は長いので、生活する上でのルール等はしっかり守れますし、部屋も綺麗に使います！

Thank you for taking the time to read my post!
My partner and I are looking for a room for a couple that available from 25th January.
Both of us are from Japan, 20s and full-time student.
・Our school is located in the CBD, so we prefer a location that is easily accessible(1 zone preferably).
・We're hoping for $400pw including bills
・It's flexible about furnished/unfurnished in a room
We have lived in Perth for several years so we can follow the rules of living easily and are good at keeping a house clean and tidy.
