Hello.
I have 2 rooms available to rent at $185 and 175. All bills included except the electricity.
They are same sized rooms but one room has queen size bed and single in the other.
The house is located in balga. Bus stop is loca to perth city taking about 25 to 30 minutes. There is mirrabooka shopping center that's 5 minutes driving or 25mins by walking.
I am Korean who lived in perth for about 11 years now so if you are new I can han well so communication won't be a big issue even if you don't speak English fluently.
I am also working as a chef and I sometimes like to cook some food and like to have housemates to eat together.
