We are Seoul Hoppers, a newly opened Korean Fusion restaurant located in Leederville, Perth.
We are currently looking for a Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team.
This role is suited to someone who is thinking long-term and wants to grow with a developing restaurant.
There is potential for future sponsorship, depending on performance, commitment, and business needs.
🍳 About the Kitchen
Modern Korean fusion cuisine
Korean flavours with contemporary techniques
Ongoing menu development (not a fixed, repetitive menu)
Small team where ideas and initiative are valued
We would love to hear from chefs who:
Have experience in Korean cuisine, OR
Have a strong interest in Korean food and want to learn more
Enjoy working in a creative, evolving kitchen rather than a routine one
🔪 Position
Chef / Cook
Full-time or Part-time (hours negotiable)
✅ Requirements
Valid Australian working rights
(Working Holiday, Student, Temporary Visa, PR, etc.)
Previous kitchen experience
Comfortable with prep and service
Reliable, hardworking, and open to learning
Looking for a long-term role, not short-term work only

and will be considered over time based on performance and mutual suitability.
