We’re a busy, high-standard wellness clinic seeking a mature, efficient, and well-spoken receptionist to join our team part-time (2 days/week). This role requires experience, speed, and excellent manners — no basic training provided.
Requirements:
• 1 years customer-facing experience (in Australia)
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Strong phone & SMS communication
• Fast thinker, detail-oriented, good memory
• Confident with manual (non-computer) booking
• Reliable, professional, independent
Work Days:
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Sundays
• 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM (fixed)
Bonus: Experience in massage/beauty/health clinics
