Hi team
I’m Giselle, the manager of Happytel company which is the biggest phone repair and accessories company in Australia. Recently I’m hiring a casual worker for our team. You will be learning how to fix the phones and sales for customers.
Happytel is No.1 Smartphone Accessories and Repair Service in Australia. We have around 60 stores in shopping centre.
We are hiring employees who have potential to develop together with us.
1. Casual (hourly minimum $27.23 Saturday $32.67 Sunday $38.12 Public holiday $54.45
2. Flexible Work Schedule from Mon to Sun based on store trading hours
3. Key Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate products and show customers how to maximize their features
- Provide basic smartphone repair service
- Assist the Manager in the day to day operations of the store
- Process orders in person and over the phone
- Maintain good visual merchandising and store presentation
4. Requirements
- English communication skills
- positive attitude and responsibilities
- confidence for sales and repair
