Great location in east perth
We are currently looking for a housemate( no gender preferance).
It is located near the last free bus transit,just 3 mins by walking and also 3 mins to east perth train stn (2section)
you can catch any buses to go to the city for free
10 mins walking to Claisebrook stn( free to the city) also there is a yellow cat stop at Claisebrook stn.
It is only takes 10mins to the city by bus or train. you can save a lot of time if you are working or have school in the city.
There are 2 single beds in the room so you will share it with your roommate.
we are very easy going and friendly
no strict rules like limited use of laundry machine or cleaning house turn by turn
the room included
