一軒家でアジア人のカップル、エクアドル、日本人との同居になります。
お部屋の改修•増設に伴い12/23からお部屋が2部屋入居可能ですので、興味のある方連絡ください✈️
家賃は190ドル/週、光熱費は別になります。
食器洗剤やトイレットペーパーなどの備品代として週2.5ドルの支払いをしています。
ボンドは1ヶ月分ですが、退去時にお部屋の破損、汚染がなければ全額返ってきます。
Wi-Fiが必要な場合は別途相談になりますが使用可能です。
立地的にはバス停が家のすぐ前にあり,360のバスでcityまで乗り換えなしで20分程度です。cityから夜帰ってくる場合も0時までバスがあります。(数日前から最近バスの運行が変わり、0時過ぎにもバスが出ていると聞きましたがまだ私は使用したことがありません)
