There is another toilet on the first floor
When moving out, return door key ,room clean

パースシティからバスで約30〜40分です。
ソーンリー駅からバスで10分ほどで大型ショッピングセンターに行けます。
犬（ポメラニアン、フレンチブルドッグ）が2匹いるので、犬好きの方大歓迎です。
犬のお世話をしてもらう条件で、レントは$120です。（ボンド＄120）

徒歩10分の場所にasian grocery marketもあります。
車をお持ちの方は駐車も可能です。
空いてる部屋が二つあります。
大きめのお部屋は、二人で$360/w
少し小さめのお部屋は二人で$320/w
光熱費（Wi-Fi）込みの値段になっております。
お米とトイレットペーパーと、食器用洗剤は提供致します。
ボンドは2週間分、2週間前ノーティスでお願いします。

こんにちは^ ^
私が旅行に行っている間(9月6日〜10月4日)に部屋に住んでいただける方を探しています。
場所はInnalooので、Stirling駅から徒歩8分、Westfield やバス停も徒歩圏内にあります。
部屋はシャワーとトイレがついたマスタールームで、他の2名の女性フラットメイトとキッチンやリビングをシェアしていただくことになります。
部屋にはダブルベッド、小さな机、クローゼットがついています。
家賃は光熱費やWifi込みで週300ドル(カップル)です。
シングルの場合は250ドルです。
オーナーの希望により、カップルまたは女性のみの募集となります。
週替わりの掃除当番、夜10時以降は静かにするなど基本的なルールがありますので、守れる方のみお願いします。
