One room is available to a person looking for mid-long term accommodation in a big modern share house, in the trendy suburb of Mt. Lawley.
The house is a very big fully furnished three floor house, featured with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and very large common spaces. The house is in a fantastic location, just north of Hyde Park and very close to all the features that this area can provide. The house is walking distance from North Perth, close to the city (2.5Kms), Leederville (2.5Kms), public transport and the Beauford St Café strip is a 5 mins walk away. The area is quiet and comfortable, but very close to shops, ATMs, sport club, entertainment areas and other services.
The room available comes unfurnished (we can provide a queen bed if you require) and it is located on the ground floor, featured with its own bathroom and a build-in wardrobe. The rent is 193$ + bills (split evenly with other housemates) and the bond is $800.
About us:
We are a multi cultured house of friends living together, always very respectful and very tidy. The house is always kept very clean and tidy thanks to the collaboration of every member of it. We are looking for a person with a stable job, who is tidy, clean and respectful and at the same time able to enjoy the house and willing to meet new friends. Our house is like a family and we would like to find someone that will fit well into it.

10月7日から入居可能です。
週170シングルルーム
フリマントルまでバスで１５分ほど、自転車で３０分弱のハミルトンヒルにある、おおきなシェアハウスで、シングルルームの空きがあります。
オーナーさんが日本人を気に入ってくれていて、日本人は少し安くしてくれているようです。
広いお部屋なので、シングルだと週170ドル、カップルだと220ドルです。
ビル、Wi-Fi全て込みです。
私も以前住んでいたのですが、私が住んでいた時は10人ほど、色んな国の方が住んでいる楽しいシェアハウスでした。
ニュージーランド、アメリカ、イタリア、フランス、ドイツなど。
シェアメイトはみんなでフレンドリーで、英語の勉強にもなりましたし、みんなで飲んだりお出かけをしたりもしました。
近くにスーパーもバス停もあるので、フリマントルにも行きやすいので生活しやすいと思います。
私は自転車でいつもフリマントルに通っていましたが、自転車や車があればなお生活しやすいかと思います。

The Granny flat has is own alfresco area sitting on a huge backyard (980 mtq of land) near Fremantle . available from the 7/10..
