Hi guys,
I am an international student from Taiwan. I am looking for the males to share the master room. We love to watch movies at home and have some drinks during the weekend but not party house. The housemates from Taiwan, Malaysia, UK. If you are interested to view the house, please text me.
A beautiful two storey house in East Perth, 5 mins walk to Claisebrook Train Station and Yellow CAT bus Free Transit Zone, 3 mins walk to Swan River, 1 min walk to gym. Convenient location and no travel fare in free zone. The house is fully furnished and equipped. Close to cafes, IGA, restaurant, chemist shops, shops, swan river and public transport.
Suitable & Perfect for working holiday, international travellers or Students.
A huge master room for 3 people, the room including 3 single beds, a sofa, private balcony, own ensuite and a big WIR. Share room $130/ppl per week. (Male only)
Two single beds are available now. We required 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance. All bills included( water, electricity, gas, unlimited WiFi internet ) Fully furnished room, single bed, bedside cabinet, electric blanket and bed linen included, you only need to bring your luggage! Short and long term are available.

We have one single room, The price is $150 per week which includes all bill (Wifi, electronic, water.
- 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park
- 3minutes walk to Beaufort Street (cafes, restaurants, IGA, bank, post office, phamarcy etc, You will get very convenient life style!)
- Bus stops for Perth CBD is just at the door ;)
We have lived in this house for 2 years and found out it can't be more peaceful and convenient anywere.
