We have a fully furnished HUGE divided loft room available NOW (10th September) in PERTH CITY CENTRE!
The rent of $145 per week includes ALL bills and FREE internet (and NETFLIX) so there is NO more to pay, so this room is GREAT value for the city.
SHORT TERM leases welcomed (minimum 2 months)
The large room is divided into TWO sections, so there is enough privacy for each person. each side of the room is larger than most rooms, so plenty of space.
There is also an air-conditioner in the room.
We are only looking for ONE person as the other side of the room is taken.
The apartment complex is a 5 minute walk to Perth City Centre, Main Perth Train and Bus station, cafes, shops, pubs and clubs! The apartment complex also has a POOL..
