Bus: 998/999 to Curtin Uni (Total time: 15minutes including two minute walk to bus stop)
508/509 to Bullcreek Train Station then train to Perth Underground (Total time: 50minutes including 5 minute walk to bus stop)
One bathroom, kitchen with all ammenities, living room, outdoor area, laundry all shared. Clean and tidy.
Comfortable single bed, bedding provided, desk, shelving,office chair in room. Lockable door.
Suitable for International Students

中型犬(良く訓練されています）を飼っているため良識のある動物や犬が好きなシェアメイトを探しています。
家はとても綺麗でセキュリティー面やその他の設備も整っているので快適に過ごせると思います。最寄りの駅からは徒歩で１５分ほどですが、高速道路が近くにあるため車持ちの方にお勧めです。
現在オウンルームが２部屋空いております。 一人で２部屋使えますし、お友達と１部屋ずつ使うのも可能です。
お部屋の詳細は１つは小さめのお部屋($90)ですがエアコンが完備されているのと
もう一つのお部屋は（$110)大き目で収納もしっかりしている部屋になっております。
