Hi,
There is 1 room available in my home in Bayswater. It is a 3x2 so you will have your own bathroom and space.
The house will be shared with myself, a male adult who works full-time. Privacy and space is highly appreciated.
Rent: $230/week (includes utilities, internet, etc.)
Bond: 2 weeks worth
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk, drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
No air-con in the bedroom but a fan or heater is available.
The house is 3mins walk from the Meltham train station (Midland/Airport line) and a 10min walk to Coles.
Applicants who apply should clean their rooms regularly.
No guests, pets or smoking indoors please.

One bedroom with a single bed is available from 17th May 2023.
$200/week.
Two weeks bond will be required.
Minimum 3 months stay is required.
The room has a king-single bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a shelf, a desk, and a chair.

There are two fridges available in the kitchen, so you will have enough storage for your food. The living room has a smart TV, sofa, and a reverse-cycle air-con.
I am a male, full-time research engineer working at a university in Perth. I like doing workouts at the gym after work and jogging in the morning during the weekends. I am social and happy to have a chat with others, but I respect their private time too. I don’t smoke at all, but drink socially. I want my house clean and tidy all the time and I hope that I have flatmates who can clean their rooms and common areas at least once a week.
There will be a total of 5 people including you in this house. Currently, I am occupying the master bedroom and ensuite. One bedroom is available at the moment, and you will be sharing a toilet and a bathroom with tthree other flatmates (2 girls from S. Korea and a guy from Japan).
The property is located in Beckenham.
It takes only 5 minutes drive to Westfield Carousel shopping centre which is one of the largest shopping complexes in Perth. The property is also close to Curtin University (15 minutes by car), a bus stop (2 minutes by walk), and Beckenham train station (10~15 minutes by walk).
Non-smokers only! No drugs are allowed! No guests are allowed.
