お貸しする部屋は至ってシンプルです。その分レントは安いです。各オウンルームでシングルベッド、ベッドサイド、ベッドライト、ハンガーでかけるタイプの洋服箪笥がついています。扇風機も貸してくれると思います。
他に必要なものがあればオーナーに相談して下さい。家の中にはバスルームとトイレが1つ、オーナーと共有で使って頂きます。
各オウンルーム 週$110 水道光熱費、インターネット込み
ボンドは家賃の2週間分、2ヶ月以上住める方希望ですがショートステイも考慮致します。(その際は2週間より)

Hello!
We are a couple living in a two story house and have 1 room available to rent. We are located in Burswood which is down the street from a main bus port that is 11 minutes ride to Curtin University and Perth City. A 10 minute walk to Vic Park for great food, shopping and groceries. As well as a prime location for Uber eats and Deliveroo.
We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with a great view of Perth City. We only have 1 car so if you drive we have private parking for your car too. My boyfriend and I live on the second story but will use the kitchen and lounge casually.
We are aged in our 20's and are working/studying full-time. It is also important that you are working/studying full time. Preference is given to students that are able to commit to a minimum of a 3 or more month agreement.
The room is $166 per week (depending on a 3 month agreement). All rooms come semi furnished including a comfy bed, cupboards, portable fan and heater The house also includes high speed internet, gas and water bills. You will have your own private bathroom.
