Perth Underground駅に公共交通機関で45分
ハウスメイトは他4人で、オージー、キウィ、フィリピノの静かな方々です。基本は皆さん他の方への干渉は少ないですが話しかけると沢山喋ってくれます。
オーナーはこの家には住んでいませんが、1週間に1度家賃の受け取りと掃除にやって来ます。フレンドリーな方です。
また現在増築中で、週1くらい昼間に外の庭で作業が進んでいます。広いリビングルームの予定だそうです。
