パースからバス1本20分のDianellaにある一軒家でデミペアを募集します。
週10時間程度の簡単な家事と子どもの世話をして頂いて、オウンルームのフリーレントになります。
子供は7歳と9歳なので手がかかることはほとんどありませんが、私が水曜から土曜の夜、出勤している3時間程度一緒に家でお留守番をして頂きます。
犬がいますので、ペットフレンドリーの方だと嬉しいです。

I have 2 rooms for rent in Innaloo or I can rent only one for a couple
The single rooms are $220 including all bills, available on Feb 15th. The second room is available on 4th March.
Sharing bathroom.

If you are a couple and looking for a room, the rent is $360, no bills included. You have your own bathroom

Sharing the house only with me. There are 2 bathroom in the house.
Also parking on driveway or plenty on street. I also have garage if you need.
