・ワーキングホリデーで行くので家具のついているところ
・動物なし、禁煙の場所（軽いですがアレルギーがあるため）

立地はCBDからあまり遠くないところで探しています。（CBD周辺で仕事を探す予定のため。）フラットメイトはできれば女性希望です。

綺麗好きで、シェアハウスでの滞在経験もあります。

家の中は土厳禁でとても綺麗なお家でプール、中庭もあり、広くて大きな家で犬が2匹います。
オーナーも同じ家に住んでいますが、トイレ、お風呂はオーナーとは別になります。
